IN SANTA'S SACK

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, and got to spend time with your friends and family.

I'm spending a few days back in Cardiff with all my family. There's 7 of us all squeezed in together which can be a tad trying - don't get me wrong, I love my family - but as they say, everything in moderation! Thank goodness Santa brought me some lovely pressies to help me catch up on some great reads. It means I can escape off for a bit of peace as I read 'Soulless'!

Did you get any books in your Christmas sack?

I had no books this Christmas, but I got a Kindle instead, so it kind of balances out. I'm looking forward to reading through the Carriger books. Steampunk written by an archaeologist is my kinda read :)
Hope you had a blast in Cardiff; the commute to work over Christmas has made me slightly bitter about most of the Valleys and it's damn awkward public transport, hehe.

I didn't get any books, but a gift card for amazon so I can order some for my Kindle. Clockwork Angel is on my list and I can't wait to get to it.
The Hunger Games, you are going to LOVE!
Happy reading :)

I loved Clockwork Angel. I am a huge fan of Cassandra Clare so I really hope you enjoy it. Linger is just as brilliant as Shiver. Have fun in Cardiff.
